Daily caught seafood from Zihua fisherman and tropical fruits from nearby gardens round-out Cocina Angelina’s organic, locally sourced prix-fixe dinner menu by Executive Chef Daniel Hernandez. Inspired by Mexico’s cultural heritage and the Pacific coast’s vibrant waters, Chef Hernandez offers a modern take on internationally inspired Mexican cuisine served cliffside on the Sky Deck, or palm-side in The Living Room. A daytime Snack Menu is also offered at the Palapa Bar.
