You can take individual sessions or purchase the entire series. Attend in-person or online.

In this program, you will join our Assisted Self-Practice program six days a week with Sunday workshops. From Monday through Friday, our practice times will be from 6:00am-8:00am EST and Sunday’s assisted self-practice will be from 8:00am-10:00am EST with the workshop/discussion time from 10:30am-12:00pm. Attend in-person or online.
To add another element to this re-discovery, we’ll be focusing on different aspects of our daily lives each week (physically, energetically, mentally, and spiritually) to really help develop not only positive habits in our yoga practice, but positive lifestyle habits as well. You’ll be able to develop a 30 day practice plan and define what an Ashtanga Yoga practice looks like for you.

September is National Recovery Month!
Join us on Fr. Sep 30th at 7:30pm for a donation based yoga class. Class will be held at Hōm: Center for Embodied Awareness and will be available online.
More than 20 million Americans are recovering from substance use disorder. National Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the nation’s strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible.
Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide and Hōm: Center for Embodied Awareness will be hosting a donation based class with all proceeds going to Trini Foundation. Trini Foundation is dedicated to helping people with substance use disorder find long-term recovery by building environments of physical, mental, and spiritual support through integrating recovery services with Ashtanga yoga and mindfulness practices.
